• I aim to give you a comfortable, relaxing and safe treatment, tailored to you.  If you have any questions at all, please do ask
• Your session may include a range of hands-on therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish, Thai, deep tissue, myofascial release and stretching and home-care advice (if you want it!)
• Every appointment will start with a short chat/consultation to tailor it for you on the day. For your first appointment, there will also be a health form to ensure I give you a safe and appropriate treatment. If you have specific issues or injuries to work with, we may spend more time on consultation and assessment
• Appointments are offered at Silver Tree Studio, Peebles (EH45 9BS) and I also do mobile visits / events, get in touch
• Payment accepted by cash, card or by bank transfer
